STEP 1
Initial Inquiry
Contact us through our website, phone, or email to express your interest in our mobile bartending services. A $25 non-refundable fee will be required to book your service. You will provide essential details such as the date, time, location, estimated number of guests, and the type of event you are hosting.
STEP 2
Consultation and Planning
Upon receiving your inquiry, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs. During this consultation, we'll cover: Event details, beverage preferences, drink customization logistics & set up
STEP 3
Proposal and Pricing
Following the consultation, we'll provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines the services we discussed, including: Package options, pricing, & terms and conditions
STEP 4
Confirmation and Contract
Once you've reviewed the proposal and are ready to proceed, we'll send you a contract outlining the agreed-upon terms and services. Review the contract carefully, and if everything aligns with your expectations, sign and return it to secure our services for your event.
STEP 5
Pre-Event Coordination
72 hours before the event date we'll work closely with you to finalize all the details. This includes:
Confirming the final guest count and any changes to the beverage menu.
Coordinating logistics with the venue, if necessary.
Addressing any last-minute concerns or questions you may have.
Final payment
STEP 6
Event Day Setup and Service
On the day of your event, our bartenders will arrive at the agreed-upon time to set up the mobile bar and ensure everything is in place for a seamless service. They will be ready to provide a fun and safe drinking experience for you & your guests.
